Mexicali Magic

Currently our best seller, this is a mild but flavorful blend of herbs and spices with a crushed dried tomato base that makes a colorful and zippy dip. Of course it's right for corn chips or tostidos, which is the way children really like it, and it's a natural with a veggie tray. You can serve it with shrimp too, rather than the usual sauce. But here's the recipe that might well be a good part of Mexicali Magic's popularity. Sauté chicken cutlets slightly, add one package of Mexicali Magic Mix to one cup of water, pour it over the chicken in an oven-safe dish and bake. When the chicken is thoroughly cooked add shredded cheese and allow it to melt. Serve over rice and prepare to respond to compliments.
